This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located in Directorate of Plans, Training, Mobilization & Security, Training Division, Fort Bragg, NC.
What You'll Do
- →Test distributions panels, power conditioners, motor start controls, transformers, interconnect boxes, and the gunfire simulators.
- →Troubleshoot and repair the electronic malfunctions in target systems.
- →Determine malfunctions of underground cables, electrical plugs, switches in towers, 240 volt AC equipment, and signal units.
- →Use hand tools used in repairing the target devices.
- →Troubleshoot and determine extent and cause of malfunctions.
- →Determine the methods, techniques and procedures to use in completing electrical repairs.
