About the Role
You will serve as a ELECTRONICS MECHANIC in the MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.
What You'll Do
- →You will interpret technical information (e.g., technical orders, manufacturer' handbooks, repair manuals, schematics, block diagrams, and mathematical expressions) to perform work on equipment.
- →You will use tools (e.g. drills, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, crimping tools and micro soldering units, and soldering irons) to remove, repair, and install electronics.
- →You will use electronic test equipment to analyze and troubleshoot electronic equipment and communication systems.
- →You will utilize knowledge of electronic theory to perform work on various circuits and understand the effects on circuit operation, changes in voltage and current frequency.
- →You will utilize knowledge of common electronic shop practices and standard troubleshooting procedures to repair High Frequency/Very High Frequency/Ultra High Frequency data systems.
