You will serve as a ELECTRONICS MECHANIC TRAINING LEADER in the Production Resources Training Division (900T), Production Resources Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will provide formalized and practical instruction to motivate trainee in achieving course objectives.
- →You will maintain and evaluate trainees' classroom performance.
- →You will administer course examination and records grades.
- →You will counsel trainees on the advantages of completing the self-development program in accordance with policies and practices established by Shipyard and Production instructions.
- →You will maintain grades, certification records and class attendance sheets.
- →You will instruct work procedure training to ensure proper and safe work performance using NAVSHIPYDPEARL Process Instructions, NAVSEA Instructions, NAVSEA Technical Manuals, Shipyard Safety Manual and OSH Safety Notices.
- →You will instruct nuclear qualification, requalification, refresher and skill training courses.
