About the Role
THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a ELECTRONICS MECHANIC (TITLE 32), Position Description Number NGD0874000 and is part of the TN ARMY National Guard. Note: This announcement is a triple-bid in conjunction with Job Opportunity Announcements: TN-12957307-AR-26-173, and TN-12957317-AR-26-175. Only one selection will be made.
What You'll Do
- →As an ELECTRONICS MECHANIC, WG-2604-10, you will repair, inspect, maintain, modify, overhaul and install a variety of avionics electronics equipment of moderate complexity of design, construction, and function.
- →Diagnose equipment malfunctions and troubleshoot components, assemblies or subassemblies.
- →Serve as member of flight crew for the purpose of diagnosing and recording malfunctions, or otherwise determining maintenance and repair requirements.
- →Guide lower level mechanics in the performance of duties.
- →Process and account for due-in supply assets.
- →Prepare for and participate in various types of readiness evaluations such as Operational Readiness Evaluations (ORE), Command Logistics Readiness Inspections (CLRT-X), and Aviation Resource Management Surveys.
- →Perform other duties as assigned.
