About the Position: The Anniston Army Depot is located in Anniston, Alabama, in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountain chain halfway between Atlanta, Georgia, and Birmingham, Alabama, just off Interstate 20. What You'll Do
- →Plans weekly and monthly work schedules and sequence of operations for subordinates.
- →Develop, execute and maintain the portion of the organizational annual budget for assigned area.
- →Proactively supports LEAN through identification and implementation of efficiency improvements and cost reductions for areas of responsibility.
- →Selects workers and assigns tasks to be performed.
- →Investigates work related problems (e.g., low productivity) to identify causes; implements those corrective actions that can be taken within the limits of incumbent's authority.
- →Maintains production reports and records.
