About the Role
You will serve as an ELECTRICIAN TRAINING LEADER in the Production Resources Training Division (Code 900T) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will develop and modify lesson plans, training aids, and documents.
- →You will provide classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and mockup simulations in accordance with approved lesson plans.
- →You will develop, upgrade, and maintain course content to ensure information is current, aligned to shop work practices, and prepares our workforce for future capabilities.
- →You will develop training schedules based on customer needs, reports, and management forecasts.
- →You will prepare training material, tools, equipment, and facilities for training evolutions.
- →You will provide classroom instruction, practical demonstrations, and mockup simulations in accordance with approved lesson plans.
- →You will assess student progress with meeting targeted course objectives; provide guidance and coaching to improve student performance; and ensures a safe, non-hostile training environment.
- →You will develop and administers written and practical examinations commensurate with the course objectives.
- →You will prepare and maintains training records, progress reports, and other documentation required to certify worker qualifications for audit and historical purposes.
