This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Provides expert electrical products, services, and support for electrical and electronic features on a wide range of projects for Military, Civil Works, International and Interagency Support (IIS), and Hazardous and Toxic Radiological Waste (HTRW) programs.
What You'll Do
- →Provides expert electrical engineering planning, design, review, and investigation for the full range of electrical systems.
- →Designs electrical features of proposed work, including unconventional, complex, and challenging projects.
- →Reviews construction schedules and cost estimates to ensure they are appropriate and reasonable for electrical features.
- →Prepares written reports documenting inspections, investigations, coordination, findings, and recommendations.
- →Interprets policies, regulations, codes, and criteria, and provides authoritative advice on projects.
