What You'll Do
- →You will operate a central switchboard to actuate remotely controlled circuit breakers, transformers, and switches to regulate and maintain correct voltage on distribution lines.
- →You will diagnose malfunctions in electrical circuits on power distribution equipment.
- →You will check and adjust steam output capacity and electrical generation to meet varying loads.
- →You will monitor data from wattmeters, voltmeters, and ammeters of feeders to ensure equipment is operating correctly.
- →You will adjust controls to regulate the flow of electric power.
