These positions are located in Accounts Payable and Receivable (FTOA ) organization of Finance Operations (FTO), Financial Strategy and Operations (FT) Finance (F), Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). As a disbursement specialist, you are responsible for performing a variety of analytical and evaluative work involved in providing funds control and ensuring Accounts Payable and Receivable operations comply with regulatory and other requirements.

- →As a Disbursement Specialist, you will: Perform analyses and reporting of various metrics within the organization.
- →Generate reports regarding BPA performance and compliance under the Prompt Payment Act, Improper Payment and Recovery Act, and Government Chage Abuse Prevention Act.
- →Ensure compliance with Internal Revenue Code withholding and reporting requirements.
- →Coordinate with DOE headquarters, other government agencies, and taxing authorities all reporting requirements.
- →Prepare all outside reports to DOE headquarters, other government agencies, and taxing authorities.
- →Perform final approval on field clerk entries and transactions.
- →Process Imprest Fund changes and maintain the Imprest Fund file.
- →Access the Treasury system to run IPAC billing documents.
Requirements
