This position will serve as the Director of the Technology Security and Cooperative Programs Directorate. The position resides in the Navy International Programs Office within the Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Research, Development and Acquisition.
What You'll Do
- →You will formulate Department of the Navy (DON) positions and advise Department of War (DoW) and State on weapon systems and technology exports supporting Security Cooperation programs.
- →You will provide overarching policy guidance and staff international acquisition agreements, export control issues, and Direct Commercial Sales.
- →You will oversee the development and coordination of the Technology Transfer Security Assistance Review Board Decision Memoranda establishing DON International Program Policy.
- →You will manage key international initiatives, including the Navy's Data Exchange and Scientist and Engineer Exchange Programs, across partner nations.
- →You will supervise foreign national visit protocols and coordinate international agreements, export licensing, and technical exchanges with external agencies.
- →You will engage senior DoW, DON, SYSCOM, PAE, and allied leadership, delivering executive briefings and serving as Acting Executive Director IPO when required.
