You will serve as a DIRECTOR OF WARFARE REQUIREMENTS AND RESOURCES in the WARFARE REQUIREMENTS, RESOURCES, AND ASSESSMENT DIRECTORATE of COMMANDER SUBMARINE FORCE PACIFIC.
What You'll Do
- →You will lead the development of the Pacific Submarine Force structure, set priorities, improve business practices, and create new strategy initiatives.
- →You will act as the executive agent for projects, supporting Program Managers to align project goals, priorities, and schedules.
- →You will oversee Integrated Undersea Surveillance System efforts, including manning, training, and readiness requirements.
- →You will identify resource and budget issues to develop concept of operations (CONOPS) and provide policy and funding guidance.
- →You will manage specialized funding programs ensuring proper alignment of resources for Undersea Enterprise Systems.
- →You will oversee the Division's workload, review completed work, advise employees, address complaints, implement minor disciplinary actions, and recommend employee awards.
