What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: To serve as a first level supervisor, providing planning, directing, organizing, and exercising control over nonsupervisory employees assigned to the 93 Air Ground Operations Wing.
- →Duties: Plans, organizes, and directs the activities of 93 Air Ground Operations Wing ensuring that the wing special staff agencies comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents 93 Air Ground Operations Wing with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →Represents Civilian Workforce interest to the Commander and Deputy Commander.
- →Provides direction and guidance regarding 93 Air Ground Operations Wing policies and strategies.
