- →As a critical member of our team, you will supervise the HQSF Protocol office in a dynamic, mission-essential environment where your daily impact shapes the future of space power.
- →Serving as a key representative for the Office of the Chief of Space Operations (OCSO), they will confidently interface at higher organizational levels and participate in key conferences with DAF, JCS, SecAF, and partner agencies.
- →This role requires exceptional coordination skills to align diverse parties during high-stakes meetings and conferences regarding protocol, ceremonies, and special events.
- →Additionally, the candidate must be skilled in designing and implementing comprehensive protocol policies-spanning precedence, honors, flags, distinguished visitors, gifts, funding, and ethics-while ensuring strict compliance with U.S.
- →Code, Department regulations, and statutory mandates.
- →Key Skills and Abilities: 1.
- →Mastery of development, preparation, coordination, staffing, and implementing policies, procedures, programs, and directives across a broad spectrum of agencies and subject matters. 2.
- →Comprehensive knowledge of logistics management principles, concepts, policies and regulations. 3.
- →Skilled in stratifying resources against approved programs; to plan, present, and execute budgets; to analyze budget impacts on programs; and to forecast long-term funding requirements; Proficient in planning and organizing work and maintaining good working relationships. 4.
