This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Domestic Defense Industrial Base Facilities and Major Range and Test Facilities Base to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: Incumbent serves as the Director of Operations (DOO) Directorate, responsible for execution of operations in support of the US Army Garrison Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Emergency Services at Dugway, Utah.
What You'll Do
- →Serving as program manager for developing and executing all plans essential for the accomplishment of law enforcement, fire protection, Anti-Terrorism, Emergency Management, Security emergency operations.
- →Develops overall Director of Operations (DOO) program goals and objectives and assesses and evaluates program execution.
- →Garrison expert in coordinating installation plans with all major tenant units, the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and state and local emergency management agencies.
- →Directs the Garrison's security and intelligence programs.
