You will serve as a DIRECTOR, HUMAN RESEARCH PROTECTION PROGRAM (PROGRAM MANAGER) in the Navy Human Research Protection Program (DON HRPP) of BUREAU OF MEDICINE AND SURGERY.
What You'll Do
- →You will be coordinating with federal agencies, academic institutions, industry partners, and international organizations on matters related to human subjects research and research protections.
- →You will manage program resources, workforce development, performance metrics and continuous process improvement.
- →You will ensure that DON institutions adhere to all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, developing and disseminating clear, concise guidance to facilitate compliance and promote a culture of ethical research.
- →You will develop innovative strategies to optimize resource utilization, enhance efficiency, and improve the effectiveness of human research protection programs.
- →You will prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, briefings, and reports for DoW and DON leaders, senior staff, Congress, the press, and other stakeholders, effectively communicating complex ethical and regulatory issues.
