What You'll Do
- →Provides leadership and guidance to the software development team, to ensure team success.
- →Oversees the development of custom software solutions, from initial concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- →Manages the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party COTS packages to meet business needs.
- →Establishes and enforces product owner processes and standards to ensure all solutions meet customer expectations.
- →Establishes and enforces quality assurance processes and standards to ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable, and secure software solutions.
- →Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements
