You will serve as a DEPUTY PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT in the Operations Department (C/300) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF.
What You'll Do
- →You will manage and oversee all aspects of the project, including the planning, engineering, production, testing.
- →You will determine the scope of the work package, evaluate the ability of the Shipyard to support the work packages, and recommend modification of the work package, if necessary.
- →You will determine the manpower, material, facilities, and other needs of the project.
- →You will be responsible for following and enforcing all established safety rules and requirements.
- →You will monitor the project's budget and overtime expenditures and key aspects of the project's work progress.
- →You will oversee a diverse workforce composed of nearly all of the Federal Wage System trades in the Shipyard.
