About the Position: Deputy Director of Operations for Special Operations Command-Korea. Shares full leadership with the Director. Supervises four branches, leads joint planning, and manages current operations and combined partner training in the region. What You'll Do
- →Direct the coordination, planning, and execution of comprehensive operational plans, joint exercises, and strategic work plans to meet regional peacetime, crisis, and wartime objectives.
- →Develop joint operational concepts, mission requirements, strategic guidance letters, and concepts of operation for air, ground, maritime, and unconventional activities.
- →Advise general and flag officers on critical operational issues, compartmented activities, budget constraints, and the international policy impacts of program decisions.
- →Manage resource allocations, program funding submissions, and the utilization of active, reserve, and civilian personnel to support directed operations and training events.
