What You'll Do
- →As a Deputy Director, you will: Serves as the Deputy Director (alter ego) providing direction on HHS-wide plans, policy, budgets, and projects across real property, facilities, logistics, and related administrative programs.
- →Represents RLO as Real Estate Logistics and Operations (RLO) in meetings with HHS and other Federal agencies, presenting positions, assessing policy impacts, and ensuring program interests are protected.
- →Evaluates RLO key performance indicators and follows up with program managers to assess effectiveness and implement improvements to policies, procedures, and resources.
- →Directly supervises staff (Federal and contract), plans and assigns work, sets priorities, evaluates performance, and ensures accomplishment of organizational objectives.
