What You'll Do
- →The primary purpose of this position is: To exercise second level supervisory and managerial authorities over the 15th Operations Group (OG) as Deputy to the Commander.
- →With the commander, the incumbent oversees the complex. numerous, and varied day-to-day worldwide execution of combat and airlift flying operations, operations support, and special operations under peacetime. contingency and wartime.
- →Exercises second level supervisory and managerial authorities.
- →Duties: Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the 15th Operations Group Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and 15th WG objectives.
- →Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities.
- →Represents the 15th OG with a variety of installation and functional area organizations.
- →As 15th Operations Group senior civilian and operational subject matter expert, acts as sole process owner and source of continuity for all aviation-related installation support activities.
- →Leads and/or participates ID special projects and initiatives and performs special assignments to include making periodic, comprehensive assessments and evaluation of program goals/objectives which provide a basis for long-range planning to enhance the organization's management support capabilities.
