You will serve as a DEPUTY DIRECTOR - MCTOG in the MARINE AIR GROUND TASK FORCE TRAINING COMMAND of OFFICE OF THE COMMANDING GENERAL.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as a key member of the MCTOG command team and provide expertise, oversight, and direction on, civilian personnel budgeting, management, and administration while directing the development of new operating procedures and/or policies.
- →You will participate with and/or represent the CO in conferences and meetings related to the conduct and planning of current and future MCTOG operations and missions, to include strategic budgeting, learning center activities, and manpower.
- →You will analyze and maintain a continuous working knowledge of emerging Marine Corps systems, management techniques, and learning concepts.
- →You will implement prescribed internal controls to eliminate or minimize the potential for fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement, and inefficiency.
- →You will perform a full range of administrative and technical supervisory duties over appropriated fund civilian personnel, to include the identification and provision of any developmental or training needs.
- →You will be the subject matter expert primarily in the fields of staff coordination and the Ground Combat Element Operations and Tactics formal training program.
