- →The primary means toward this end is the development of partnerships among all levels of government and the private sector, including for-profit and non-profit organizations.
- →As a/an Deputy Director, you will: Assist the Office Director in ensuring evaluations of field office performances in implementing and managing CPD programs and functions, including monitoring of field office and program participants, to verify that statutory requirements and program policies are being implemented.
- →Act on complaints received by the Secretary or the Assistant Secretary and assists the Office Director with coordination of their disposition with other elements of the Department, both in Headquarters and the field.
- →Assist the Office Director in ensuring the management and administration of CPD's programs in the field and the execution of the Department's plans and priorities at the field level, distribution of field staff, staff development and field organization.
- →Assist the Office Director in representing CPD Field Directors in the resolution of issues with Headquarters and other HUD Headquarters offices.
Requirements

- ✓Citizen or U.S.

- ✓Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
- ✓Have your salary sent to a financial institution of your choice by Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
- ✓If you are a male applicant born after December 31, 1959, certify that you have registered with the Selective Service System or are exempt from having to do so.
- ✓Go through a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) process that requires two forms of identification from the Form i-9.
