About the Role
About the Position: This position is located at Kenner Army Medical Health Clinic in Fort Lee, VA in the Directorate of Dental. Serves as an oral surgeon providing advanced surgical care for complex oral and facial conditions, managing challenging patient cases, performing reconstructive and implant procedures, and guiding junior clinicians in specialized practices. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Diagnose oral and facial conditions to determine needed surgical treatment.
- →Perform tooth extractions to resolve complex dentoalveolar problems.
- →Repair facial injuries to restore functional and cosmetic structures.
- →Remove jaw tumors and cysts to prevent further disease.
- →Place dental and facial implants to support restorative devices.
- →Manage challenging patient cases to ensure safe and effective care.
- →Order diagnostic tests to support accurate evaluation.
- →Mentor dental staff and residents to build clinical skills.
