As a Data Analyst, you will assist diverse stakeholders by leveraging data analytics tools to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency, including managing the ongoing preparation, retrieval, and transfer of data. This position is in the General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), Office of Portfolio Management. We are currently filling one vacancy, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
What You'll Do
- →Acts as the center for establishing portfolio specific performance expectations (quantitative and qualitative) providing expert technical guidance through all phases of real property asset management assessing portfolio performance and recommending revisions where necessary and developing data models, tools, and strategies to meet the long-term objectives.
- →Contributes to cross-functional efforts by developing data analyses, dashboards, and reports that inform strategic planning, performance tracking, and customer-related insights.
- →Helps translate complex data into clear and actionable findings for non-technical stakeholders and produces meaningful visualizations to support decision-making processes.
- →Performs data quality checks, identifying discrepancies, and assisting in the implementation of corrective actions.
- →Provides hands-on support in retrieving, preparing, and transferring data required for ad hoc and ongoing analytical projects, ensuring that data use aligns with business requirements and best practices.
Requirements
