About the Position: This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position in the Excepted Service under 10 USC 1599f. Employees occupying CES positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the U.S. Cyber Command in Fort Meade, Maryland..
What You'll Do
- →Direct strategic planning and inter-agency collaboration with national partners (CNMF, USCYBERCOM) to forge critical information-sharing agreements and operational frameworks.
- →Advise senior leadership by delivering data-driven analysis and recommending Courses of Action (COAs) for complex cyberspace challenges.
- →Manage the full lifecycle of planning initiatives, ensuring strict security compliance while overseeing meeting logistics, documentation, and high-stakes action items.
- →Integrate national partner capabilities into active cyberspace operations by developing guidance, identifying opportunities, and refining contingency plans.
- →Drive continuous improvement by leading post-event analysis to translate lessons learned into enhanced strategies and operational processes.
- →Provide rapid, decisive analytical support on high visibility, time-sensitive cyberspace issues to enable effective leadership decisions.
- →Execute approved operational plans, facilitates coordinated action among diverse stakeholders, and provides analytical support for core business functions.
