Be the voice of Nepal's #1 signage company. As a Customer Support Representative, you'll help customers get answers fast — order updates, delivery questions, service requests — and make sure every interaction feels as premium as our products.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Track orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery.
- Log issues and coordinate with sales and production for quick resolution.
- Collect customer feedback and flag recurring issues for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, patient communicator in Nepali and English.
- Fast, organized responder who keeps promises to customers.
- Comfortable using chat tools, spreadsheets, and ticketing systems.
- Prior support or front-desk experience is an advantage.
