Performs a full range of services such as assisting customers, answering phones, verifying patron eligibility, providing information on facility operations, taking special orders, taking payment for services, resolving routine complaints, and any other customer service-related duties or transactions.
What You'll Do
- →May operate a point of sales (POS) systems Run a cash register Receive payment and make change.
- →Prepare end of shift report and make daily deposits.
- →Assist in the maintenance of pertinent records and logs, relating to the customer service transactions.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
