About the Role
About the Position: The U.S. Army Contracting Command was established on March 14, 2008. The mission of the ACC is to oversee more than $85 billion in contracts annually and focus on maintaining and improving the Army's ability to respond globally in support of the war fighter's needs.
What You'll Do
- →Manage full pre-award and post-award contract administration to ensure compliance with agency policy.
- →Negotiate with contractors to resolute complex contractual discrepancies.
- →Advise contracting personnel to ensure proper application of acquisition procedures.
- →Engage with leadership and contractor representatives to resolve contract issues.
- →Execute contract modifications to ensure accuracy.
- →Establish work priorities to ensure timely completion of contract administration tasks.
- →Direct internal pre-solicitation planning to meet solicitation milestone requirements.
- →These duties are described at the full performance level (GS-13).
- →Applicants may be selected at the GS-12, or GS-13 grade level.
