What You'll Do
- →You will perform tasks involved in the Government's planning, award and administration of contracts and assist in the development, acquisition and sustainment of state-of-the-art equipment and training services.
- →You will develop acquisition strategies, perform price/cost analysis to analyze and evaluate findings contained in audit reports and conduct extensive negotiations during all phases of the procurement process.
- →You will assist in supporting the Command's Small Business Program, Internal Training program, and Internal Inspection Programs.
- →You will plan and conduct post-award conferences to ensure compliance with, and full understanding of, contractual requirements, initiate appropriate remedial/corrective actions, and negotiate contract terminations, when required.
- →You will assign and review daily work to ensure completion within established timelines, develop, assign, and establish goals and objectives for employees and evaluate employee performance.
