About the Position: This position is located at 30th Medical Group at Vandenberg Air Force Base, California. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation. Incentives MAY be authorized.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for personal/non- personal, medical services and support contracts.
- →Plan, prepare and coordinate contract service requirements and establishes medical and non-medical, personal and non-personal service contracts.
- →Responsible for purchasing/procuring new and/or one-time service requests initiated by medical group personnel.
- →Monitor contract and contractor performance to assure compliance with contract requirements and manages and maintains all contract records.
- →Perform thorough market research, develops realistic government cost estimates, and develops all documents required to obtain required services.
- →Prepare and coordinate medical requirements for contract services and other commodities, for the Medical Treatment Network.
- →Utilize automated system, and other financial, reporting, and management systems for formal contract requests.
