About the Position: Serves as the Senior Construction Representative for major civil works navigation structures; enforces construction contract requirements; is the administrator of the Construction Management Platform leading the transition to RMS, Resident Management System.
What You'll Do
- →Ensures the contractor's work complies with all contract plans, specifications, and quality control programs.
- →Inspects work in progress, verifying materials, reviewing technical submittals like shop drawings, and resolving any deficiencies to ensure the project meets all technical and quality standards.
- →Responsible for securing required samples for items requiring laboratory tests, and reviews results of tests.
- →Construction Management Platform (CMP) Administration and Training.
- →Managing the system's daily operations, setting up projects, troubleshooting user issues, and leading the district's transition from the old system (RMS) to new system.
- →Coordinates with contractors and government entities to interpret plans, recommend contract modifications, and assist with government cost estimates.
- →Responsible for enforcing safety standards on the construction site. especially those for extreme river conditions
