What You'll Do
- →Performs constructability reviews and collaborates with consultants, architects, engineers, and estimators.
- →Monitors and inspects contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- →Reviews construction specifications and contract documents.
- →Serves as Contracting Officer's Technical Representative (COTR).
- →Investigates and analyzes contract changes.
