You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II in the PRODUCTION RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, MECHANICAL SHOP of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will plan, direct, and coordinate the work of first-level supervisors.
- →You will serve as the final on-site authority for resolving the most complex technical problems and integration conflicts.
- →You will set performance expectations for subordinate supervisors, monitor their performance, and provide formal input for their annual appraisals.
