You will serve as a COMBINED TRADES SUPERVISOR II in the Temporary Services Shop (Code 990), Production Resources Department of PORTSMOUTH NAVAL SHIPYARD.
What You'll Do
- →You will make recommendations for promotions, reassignments, and awards for subordinate supervisors.
- →You will hear and resolve group grievances and serious employee complaints.
- →You will inspect work in progress and upon completion to ensure it meets all technical, nuclear, and quality assurance specifications.
- →You will develop and execute long-range work plans.
