About the Position: This position is located in Honolulu, HI at Tripler Army Medical Center in the Department of Behavioral Health. Tripler Army Medical Center is a tobacco-free workplace. What You'll Do
- →Perform biopsychosocial evaluations and mental health diagnoses.
- →Provide evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive and motivational approaches.
- →Conduct group psychotherapy.
- →Coordinate care with the Department of Mental Health.
- →Provide preventive care and healthy lifestyle interventions.
- →Mitigate high-risk factors to support suicide prevention and trauma-informed care.
- →Conduct warm handoffs when immediate transitions of care to behavioral health are necessary, and review appointment lists to increase clinical productivity.
- →Maintain accurate and compliant documentation of patient care in the electronic health record in accordance with federal, DoD, DHA, and hospital regulations.
- →Monitor objective behavioral outcome measures and review statistical data to modify program goals.
