About the Role
About the Position: This is a Clinical Psychologist (Behavioral Health) position with Keller Army Community Hospital 900 Washington Road West Point, NY 10996. Salary negotiation MAY be available for those candidates who are new to Federal Service. Recruitment or relocation incentives MAY be authorized for highly qualified candidates. Situational Telework MAY be authorized. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
What You'll Do
- →Applies biopsychosocial evaluations to propose behavioral health interventions.
- →Provides evidence-based treatment, including behavioral, cognitive, and motivational approaches.
- →Provides primary care providers and staff regular and concise feedback on the status of referred patients, to include recommendations for team-based care.
- →Implements psychoeducational classes to target high frequency diagnoses found in the primary care clinic.
- →Documents information in the electronic health record during patient encounters.
