What You'll Do
- →Applies clinical psychology concepts to the workplace environment.
- →Develops and implements initiatives to mitigate performance degrading factors and risks, and optimize Airman, team, and workplace effectiveness.
- →Serves as the True North embedded mental health clinical team lead and consultant assigned to the True North Group or equivalent.
- →Provides evidence-based, clinical psychology services.
