About the Position: Serves as a Financial Management Analyst in the Office of the Administrative Assistant to the Secretary of the Army {OAA) Resource Services Washington {RSW) involved in management, analysis, and reporting of financial data related to funds execution, labor/employee payroll data, and financial management. Perform liaison service in accounting matters between employees, Civilian Payroll Offices, Defense Finance and Accounting Services {DFAS), and various management levels.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as a Financial Management Analyst providing financial reports such as labor/employee payroll data to managers.
- →Utilizes financial data from a variety of automated systems such as Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS), Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) and General Fund Enterprise Business Systems (GFEBS).
- →Reconciles unusual transactions involving interrelated financial systems.
- →Assists with the developing of new control procedures for validating financial transactions and employee’s data.
