Click on "Learn more about this agency" button below to view Eligibilities being considered and other IMPORTANT information. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the senior desk clerk in providing clerical and administrative support to the Child Development Center Programs.
What You'll Do
- →Performs a wide range or specialized duties to support childcare operations, and also performs such specialized work as preparing, processing and reconciling purchase orders, vouchers, payrolls, property records, patron refunds, etc.
- →Maintains waiting list IA W policy for the Child Development Center.
- →Provides resource and referral to individual families facilitating parent's acquisition of suitable childcare based on child and family needs to include fulltime, part time, hourly, and special care requirements.
- →Computes, collects and records fees, as necessary when other clerks are absent.
- →Provides administrative support to Child Development Center Director and performs other duties as assigned.
