The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative and clerical support to the Child and Youth Programs. Works under direct supervision of the Child Development Director or School-Age Coordinator/Youth Director. Assists with supervision of the facility in the absence of facility manager/director.
What You'll Do
- →Provides information about the organization, functions, activities, and personnel.
- →Administers programs and serves as the primary source of information.
- →The incumbent is responsible for the preparation, maintenance, and deposition of required administrative reports and other correspondence.
- →Maintains files and records and utilizes a wide variety of software to produce final products.
- →Assists in developing plans and creating schedules at the Child Development Center(s) or School-Age Care program.
- →Provides Child Abuse and Force Protection measures.
- →Screens children for admission.
- →Accepts, stores and administers medication.
- →Ensures all visitors sign in/out of program, wear a visitor's badge, and are monitored while in the facility.
- →Computes, collects, records, and deposits fees for all child development center programs.
- →Assists with management and control of facility, equipment, and supplies.
- →Prepares and processes purchase requests.
- →Monitors desk clerks financial operations.
