This position oversees a staff responsible for a diverse range of acquisition and asset management programs, policies, and systems provided by the Division.
What You'll Do
- →The duties may include, but are not limited to: Assess and monitor the training and development of the acquisition workforce, and implement policies and programs.
- →Implement government-wide acquisition reform initiatives.
- →Coordinate with other internal acquisition management leadership to provide consistent and uniform interpretation and application of statues, regulations, and policies.
- →Develop strategies and programs to meet governmental, Departmental, and Congressional goals related to programs in areas of concerns, ie small business goals and acquisition system implementation.
- →Represent agency in various departmental and governmental conferences and forums.
