This position is located at USAG Stuttgart- MWR, Patch Fitness Center, Patch Barracks, Stuttgart, Germany. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and administers through a subordinate staff the sports, fitness and/or aquatics program, which include self-directed and unit-level sports, intramural sports programs, and above-intramural competitive sports programs, and swimming pool(s).
- →Develops and implements programs to accommodate wide interest for the community in both fitness and sports activities and provides specific guidance regarding development of new programs to activity/facility managers of Physical Fitness Centers.
- →Develops Standard Operating Procedures, and memorandums regarding special sports events and coordinates equipment, facility, transportation, and other sports event administrative support needs with appropriate base operation support personnel.
- →Continuously reviews the overall sports, fitness and/or aquatic program for accomplishments; recommends and establishes new operational activities in conjunction with activity managers.
