This position is located at Texas Roadhouse, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will be paid. Recruitment incentive or bonus in the amount of $1,500 is authorized upon completion of Texas Roadhouse Manager in Training (MIT), Army and MWR training. Retention Bonus: $2,000 after 24 consecutive months of service and receive an Above Satisfactory Rating on Annual review.
What You'll Do
- →Manage a large franchise restaurant front of the house (FOH) operations.
- →Oversee all Front of the House Operational systems like POS and credit card processing.
- →Responsible for purchasing, receiving, preparation of all FOH recipes and procedures.
- →Increase Sales and maintain budgeted labor costs and proper inventories.
- →Formulate instructions to all Front of House staff.
