About the Role
This position is located at: Fort Campbell, KY Warrior Zone. This is a Regular Full Time position (40 hours per week) with eligibility for the NAF benefits package and leave accrual. What You'll Do
- →Manages a business activity, with a staff of 5-10 employees to include scheduling, hiring, and discipline.
- →Manages inventory and internal controls.
- →Conducts management review of patron programs to identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective measures.
- →Manages a food and beverage operation as well as gaming, Handles Financial Management and Budgeting.
- →Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops activity financial plan.
- →Monitors the procurement of all supplies and equipment for the activity.
- →Evaluates the success of programs in terms of profitability, customer satisfaction and mission accomplishment.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
