What You'll Do
- →Provides daily direction, oversight and technical expertise for the development and execution of initiatives for Centennial Banquet and Conference Center as well as the associated management and resource support functions.
- →Plans and coordinates details of events to include determining specifications in the development of sophisticated menus and bar services Develops pricing policy and price lists for all catering events; ensures proper billings for events; and explains and justifies charges to clients.
- →Establishes immediate and long range goals, objectives, and plans to meet customer needs.
- →Works to ensure organizational performance goals and measures are accomplished and are aligned with strategic direction and operational plans.
- →Coordinates functions with community, and military representatives.
- →Supervises a wide range of staff to include subordinate supervisors.
