About the Role
Serves as a Business Manager in the Rooms Division of the Hale Koa Hotel. 2026 Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) for Honolulu, HI is 8.64%. The first cut-off date will be on 12 June 2026. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.
What You'll Do
- →Plans and executes guest services and events, utilizing either coordinated in-house resources or external contractors.
- →Manages and oversee multiple concessionaire vendors while maintaining strategic communication with leadership.
- →Proactively promotes concessions offerings to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenue growth.
- →Manages a business activity.
- →Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures.
- →Represents the activity to the public.
- →Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements.
- →Develops budgetary data.
- →Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.
- →Supervises assigned staff.
- →Performs other duties as assigned.
