About the Role
You will serve as a BUSINESS MANAGER in the PROGRAM OFFICE of NAVAL FACILITIES ENGINEERING AND EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (EXWC) Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 through GS-15. This position has a control point equivalent to the GS-14, Step 10 level.
What You'll Do
- →You will serve as decision authority and principal point of contact for all actions relating to business requirements.
- →You will advise leadership on all financial matters, including planning, analyzing and coordinating the budget formulation; and estimating, forecasting, compiling, and submitting the annual departmental budget request.
- →You will monitor the performance appraisal and position management program to track compliance with procedural steps by all supervisors and to ensure timely submission of reports.
- →You will coordinate awards pool and awards program.
