About the Role
This position is located at Afterhours Support Facility. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid.
What You'll Do
- →Serves as the liaison between the contracting officer and the contractor, ensuring all contract requirements are met in accordance with government regulations and organizational standards.
- →Coordinates meetings between the NAF Contracting Officer and contractor to discuss contract status, performance, and any potential changes.
- →Facilitates the execution of short-term contracts for vendors during special events.
- →Manages post-event activities, including settling accounts and resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
- →Prepares periodic reports for the NAF Contracting office, DFMWR, and DFAS, maintains historical financial data, and coordinates reporting documents with the Environmental Office.
- →Supervises assigned employees, ensures the maintenance of the facility footprint to the expected standards.
- →Oversees the maintenance of supplies and ensures that assigned tasks are completed efficiently.
