About the Role
The purpose of the position is to compile, correlate, and consolidate individual estimates; and determinewhether obligations, expenditures, and requested allotments are within funding limitations in theapproved budget of organizations within a medical facility.
What You'll Do
- →Major duties include, but are not limited to the following: Conducts limited studies and analyses to develop required data and information for reporting purposes; and prepares administrative reports.
- →Prepares documents needed to process budget estimates.
- →Writes reports that detail the purposes for which funds were obligated and expended.
- →Performs analyses of budget requests, prepares justification statements, and compiles data to be used for forecasting obligations.
- →Reviews, edits, and consolidates annual budget estimates for assigned organizations and programs into a single budget request.
- →Identifies and analyzes trends in the receipt, obligation, or expenditure of funds to ensure that objectives of the annual financial plan are being met on a timely basis; and that funds are available and being properly and effectively used to support program objectives.

Requirements
