About the Role
This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is located at Fort Bragg, NC.
What You'll Do
- →Serve as the unit’s Defense Travel System (DTS) Administrator.
- →Responsible for maintaining the Lines of Accounting (LOAs) and associating LOAs with the travelers and their Approving Official (AO).
- →Develop training plans and conducts initial and sustainment training for the staff and unit DTAs both internal and external to the MACOM on the use of the Defense Travel Program.
- →Budget Execution/Control.
- →Receives, distributes, and administers funds issued to the assigned organization, to include the annual funding program, allotments, allowances, obligation authorities, reimbursable, and other funding instruments.
- →Provides advice and recommendations to program managers and staff officials on distribution of allotments and availability of budgetary funds.
